Individual Statement of Opposition to Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site

I wish to document my position against the expansion of the Army's Pinon Canyon Maneuver Site (PCMS) in Las Animas, Otero, Crowley, Baca, Prowers, Bent and Huerfano County, Colorado. There is more than adequate space already owned by the Department of Defense, with over twenty five million acres managed by them. The Army has over fifteen million of those twenty five million acres and they cannot justify more.
